Aluminium brass tube is a copper zinc alloy, mainly containing copper, zinc, aluminium and a small amount of arsenic which acts as an inhibitor against dezincification.

 

The outstanding characteristics of inhibited aluminium brass tube is its high resistance to impingement of high velocity salt and brackish water. Therefore, it is widely used as condenser tube in marine and land power stations where the cooling water velocity is high. In addition, it is also appplied to Water Evaporator, Boiler, Air Cooler, Grand Steam Condenser, Steam Ejector, Turbine Oil Cooler, Fuel Oil Heater, Inter and After Cooler in Air Compressor, Ferrule, Oil Well Pump Liner and Distiller, etc. In brief, it's mainly applied to achieve heat transfer.
