Highlights:

Working Principle:
Step with main shaft, bulk disk and roller bracket is driven by motor through reducer. Installed above bracket, roller assembly rotates with main shaft and swings freely meantime, this bring a large centrifugal force, which scatters bulk materials evenly in grinding intermediate layer between central roller and ring. The bulk materials are grinded into powder and fall on the bottom, and then discharged from discharging opening under the effect of synchronously-rotating scraper.

Applications:
1. MSB Series Coarse Powder Mill can be used in gypsum grinding
Gypsum is the important raw material for the commercial run. A partial list of products and processes that use gypsum includes blackboard chalk, cement, wallboard, Plaster-of-Paris, dental molds, paint filler, toothpaste, molds for casting metals, Tofu coagulation, improving mineral content of brewing water, dietary calcium additives in breads and cereals, and pharmaceuticals. In the gypsum processing plant, grinding mill is used to grind gypsum into powder. MSB Series Coarse Powder Mill silica can be used in gypsum grinding.
2. MSB Series Coarse Powder Mill can be used in talc grinding
Talc Powder, also called French Chalk, is the grinding products of Talc stone. It is formed by Calcium Chloride Flakes, widely used in paper making and cosmetics Industry. In loose form, it is the widely-used substance known as talcum powder. It occurs as foliated to fibrous masses, its monoclinic crystals being so rare as to be almost unknown, and is the softest known mineral on the Mohs hardness. MSB Series Coarse Powder Mill Quartz is an important equipment for grinding talc.
3. MSB Series Coarse Powder Mill can be used for processing gypsum
Gypsum powder is formed by heating gypsum stone. When the stone is heated, the water is released, and the fine, white powder is left. This powder can be used for cooking, fertilizer, drywall, cement, plaster and paint. The mineral gypsum is used the most in its powdered form because it can strengthen material or increase viscosity, but the mineral itself is very low on the Mohr's Hardness Scale, placing at a two or three.
