it is a post-trim type machine which can performnce forming, cutting , stacking and counting in 3 stations.
It takes advantage of cam system and servo system .
Cam-controlled drive technology ensures 100% precise repetition of each cycle , guaranteeing the same quality of each products produced in machine.
Servo system minimizes power consumption and scrap waste , guaranteeing high precise accuracy of operation and faster machine running .
It is totally different from the old type 3in1 machine with hydraulic and pneumatic esystem which is slow , high power consumption and lower product quality.
The main idea about LX3in1 machine is to control sequence and performce of forming, cutting and stacking by movement cam of servo-drive . So 100% reperation of each cycle can be ensured and power consumption is minimized .
