SBDF1600G Model could choose the high frequency induction evaporation mode, the metalized materials like: Al, Ag, Cu, Silica (SiO2), and zinc sulfide.The features of this model: good quality, no sputtering point, the film is uniformity, high production, and the speed will be twice than the thermal evaporation.
