The indicators with the moisture sensitive element are normally installed in the liquid line between the filter drier and the expansion valve to monitor the condition of the refrigerant. The indicators without any sensitive element are normally installed on the compressor to monitor the oil level or on the receiver to monitor the liquid level.

Pe Giovanni indicators are available with or without the moisture sensitive element and are made in a completely hermetic construction to prevent refrigerant leakage.

Features:
- sweat version have two copper swaged connection suitable for brazing using common alloys with sensibly reduced risk to damage the indicator itself during the brazing.
- the extra-long and extra-thick ODS swaged connection reduce the possibility of damaging the moisture  indicator  element  and the glass gasket when the indicators are brazed  into  the system.
- threaded version have standard SAE Flare connection, male to female or male to male.
