standard of manufacture:

during the period of design and manufacture the switch is in accordance with  the requirement specified in IEC1058-1,GB15092.1 and UL1054.all preduced product are tested in accordance with the stanfards.

 

used material

case material:

using PF(EA-5555J) low voltage electric appliance insulation ,aterial with hign heat resistant class and hign fire retardance,as well as excellent electric and mechanical performance.

conducting metal:

it is made of brass with good conducting and mechanical performance and bronze with good anti-fatigue performance.

rotation mechanism:

use nylon 66 insulation material with hign tough performace and good lubricating performance.

contact material:

use Agcdo 12 silver alloy containing 99.9% silver with good lubricating performance as well as good electric and mechanical performance.
