Materials choose:

Main parts of turbocharger use the following material: Turbine wheel: K418, Turbine shaft: 42CrMo, Compress Wheel: C355, Thrust Bearing: Cu-Sn

 

Balancing test:

The Turbine Wheel with shaft and Compressor Wheel are balanced separately. The rotor also need balancing test in some condition. After assembling the CHRA,  the CORE ASSEMBLIS need be balanced again by our TURBO TECHNIC 2 balance machine, both high speed and low speed balancing

 

Storage and Delivery

We keep a suitable storage on our selling products, but, because the changing of storage every day.
