Shenxiang Column Pulverizer

Being a vertical rolling mill, the column mill adopts a grinding principle of continuous and repeated rolling of material bed under medium speed and medium pressure, which is characterized by simple and reliable structure and extremely low failure rate. The motion of the upper structure of the machine transmits to the main shaft, making the latter resolving, which makes the rollers connected to the shaft resolve in the inner conic lining(the gap between the rollers and the lining plate is adjustable but without contact). The material is fed from the machine upper structure and forms a material bed between the rollers and the lining by its own weight and the upper material pushing function, and is pulverized by repeated rolling of the rollers, and finally is automatically discharged from the lower part of the mill. Because the rollers only make regular revolution and rotation, the force exerting on the material bed mainly comes from the pressure produced from flexible devices, thus the ernergy consumption and abrasion caused by the shocking between the rollers and lining plate are avoided. Therefore, compared to other grinding equipment, its energy-conserving and abrasion-reducing effects are very remarkable. In addition to its applications in fine grinding, currently it is also the best equipment for coarse grinding and ultra-fine grinding.
