Wireless acceleration (vibration) sensor nodes are easy to use, which greatly saves the human and equipment resources consumed in repeating distribution of wired date acquisition devices. They are wildly used in vibration/acceleration date acquisition and industrial online monitoring. The nodes are compact in structure and size. They integrate the power, acquisition and processing, wireless transceiver modules and build-in accelerometer, which are all packaged in PPS plastic.

The maximum sampling rate of each vibration node can be set up to 4KHz. Each channel is equipped with anti-aliasing low-pass filter. Collected data were capable of real-time wireless transmitting to a computer, as well as being stored in node’s built-in 2MB memory. This ensures the accuracy of data acquisition. The node’s air transmission rate can reach to 250kbps and effective outdoor communication distance can reach up to 300m. Nodes are designed with dedicated power management hardware and software. In real-time uninterrupted transmission, a node consumes only 30mA. With built-in rechargeable batteries, nodes are able to measure for 12 hours continuously.
