ZYE DOUBLE STAGE LOW TEMPERATURE VACUUM OIL PURIFIER
Technical Feature:
(1) The machine use low temperature vacuum analytical technology (patented technology). It could separate the moisture, gas from the oil without heating, which has changed the old way to heating the oil and separate them, and could save 85% electric energy compare to other vacuum oil purifier.
(2) The low temperature vacuum analytical technology not only degas, dewater and improve the break-down voltage, but also solve the problem that increase the medium consumption with heating to remove the water and improve the break-down voltage.
(3) Strong capacity to remove the impurities. The machine use the Microporous Structure of Compound filtration material, corrosion and anti-high temperature, good quality, long life to use, could completely remove the very small impurities.
(4) The machine chose the insulation oil pump, completely solve the noise and flow problems according to the vacuum and oil level. Depend on the test result, the noise of the machine is under 70BA.
(5) The machine equipped the protection system, to protect the machine from the temperature, pressure, vacuum, power off, over voltage, lack voltage and so on through the different components.
