With no moving parts, Jupiter IWS 225 SSD series has much faster performance and much lower power consumption than HDDs. The data transfer performance by sustained read is up to 120MB/sec (Max), and sustained write is up to 110MB/sec (Max), while consuming only 2W power during operation.
The write endurance of 3Xnm SLC single-level-cell Flash is super long. Jupiter IWS 225 64GB SSD offers over 90 years writing endurance when 50GB data is written per day in average. The reading endurance is unlimited.
Jupiter IWS 225 series provides capacities of 4GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
Jupiter IWS 225 series uses EWS 720 processor, the world’s best DRAM buffer IDE (PATA) SSD processing solution.
The EWS 720 processor achieves low write amplification architecture by selective writing scheme. It is critical to maintain the writing amplification level as low, especially when current and future generation of Nand program/erase cycle has been drastically reduced.
The EWS 720 processor has a reliable ECC capability of up to 18bits/sector and a high efficient wear-leveling (WAF 1 to 3.5). It also offers Disturbance Protection, High Speed Ultra DMA and 2-channel 8-way internal Parallelism.
The Comay SSD Software Toolbox integrates SSD health condition monitoring, firmware upgrading and quick performance recovery. It maximizes hardware and software configurations and contributes to maintain the ultimate and stable performance.
