1. Product Features

The grille uses organic board materials, which is fireproof and environmental-friendly, and light penetrates easily. The light is very even and soft. The chassis uses high-quality cold-rolled sheet, and the surface phosphates spray technology processing, therefore the corrosion resistance is good, difficult to wear and fade. All the plastic components are made of flame-retardant material. 

(1) Energy-saving: The LED light of the same power consumption is only 10% of incandescent, which is even more energy-efficient than fluorescent lights. 

(2) Long lifespan: LED lamp beads can work up to 50,000 hours, which is longer than fluorescents and incandescents.   

(3) High light-efficiency, uniform illumination, wide range, no glare, protecting the eyes. 

(4) No radiation, no UV, no environmental pollution, no noise, no flicker. 

 

2. Range of Application 

      LED Grilles are widely used in hotels, conference rooms, factories, offices, homes, schools, hospitals and other public facilities that require energy-saving and high color rendering index of lighting. 

 

3. Requirements of transport and storage 

It is packaged with carton, so during transport it is not allowed for severe mechanical shock and exposure to rain and sun. Also, it is not allowed to be upside down, and we must prevent throwing, rolling and under something heavy. It should be stored in a cool, dry, clean environment, and the storage temperature is -30 ℃ ~ 55 ℃. 

 

4. Out-of-the-box Check 

Check whether there is loosening of the parts. Please contact the company if any part looses. 

 

5. Notes

 Before you use it, read the instructions carefully to avoid accidents and damage. This product is maintenance-free products, and it generally does not require maintenance. For repairs, please contact us. It should be carefully checked before use. Please contact us if something unusual happens when you use it. When you use it, it is normal that the light surface temperature rises for a certain degree.
