Specifications

Hightite®Abrasion putty is made of abrasion ceramic polymer composite technology. It is utilized to fix and protect bearings, impeller, propeller, transmission chute, pipelines. It is simple to process, and high bonding strength between coating and substrate, and anti-abrasion. It extends the working life of equipment, and reduces cost.

HT125 Abrasion Putty
    --Tow component, using Titanium as  reinforcement material,2-3 times more
       wear-resistant than ordinary metal. High  strength, excellent tenacity,abrasion
     --Used on repairing damaged axises, axis  hole,spline keyway

HT126 Abrasion Putty

  --Two components, using super hard ball ceramics and metal carbide as reinforcement  materials,substrate with base material will enhance the strength
   --Used on grits less than 3mm, such as:mortar pump, water pump, fan impeller and shell,   propeller etc.

HT127 Wear-resistant Coating

     --Tow components, using super hard ball  ceramics and quartz as reinforcement       materials, substrate with base material will enhance the strength, fast curing, reduce       downtime
     --Used on massive repair of fine particle  abrasion equipment with light load. Such
       as:large mortar machines, impeller and  housing.

HT128 Abrasion Putty

   --Tow components, using super hard ball ceramics and metal carbide as reinforcement  materials
   --Used on machinery grit diameter less than 2.5mm. Such as: mortar pump, transmission
     through, pipe elbows
