Equipment configuration:

l Machine frame: Adopt digital boring machine for hole boring to ensure the concentric of the axis and the machine frame.

L Dies seat: Adopt West Germany technology (Inlay type), assure the drawing center distance to avoid the wire breakage.

L Drawing axes: Made of S45C medium carbonizes steel with high frequency modified treatment, which can be more wear well.

L Roller: Adopt S45C forging steel with high density to be more wear well.

L Electric Equipment: Mainly adopt Taiwan SHSI brand.

L Motor: Adopt top China brand (Dong Guan Motor), Large wire drawing machine 11KW, Medium wire drawing machine 7.5KW, small wire drawing machine 5.5KW.

L Small wire drawing machine adopt inverter speed control. Roller spray chromium to assure the brightness of the fine size wire and reduce wire breakage as well.

Features:

1) Principal electric motor driving on the wire drawing principal axis and winding axis through a flat belt or a gear chain, through wimble drive to winding system and achieve the drawing & winding finally

2) Tin wire put into the draw-extend room through wire setting rack, go through tower wheel, then draw by the wire drawing model, cooling mode is spray or water logging

3) The wire will traverse pulling wheel, wire passing idler pulley, wire setting wheel and then enter into wire receiving tray and finished the process at last

4) Adopts top quality timing electric motor, principal axis processed by digital boring lathe in order to keep the homocentricity of the axis & the machine
