1, heat-resistant conveyor belt selection:
Based on the heat-resistant conveyor belt conveyor temperature materials, surface structure parameters such as shape and viscosity choose the type of heat-resistant belt. Such as when the transmission temperature of 150 ℃ sintering ore, coke and other bulk materials and the materials and surface contact area with small, with surface temperature maintained at 60-80 ℃; when conveying cement powder smaller viscosity materials, materials with surface temperature and temperature difference on the very small.
With surface temperature and the heat is closely related with the life. Directly affect the plastic cover and core, core layer between the adhesive strength, wear resistance plastic cover, anti-cracking and so on. Should be fully investigated with the surface temperature measurement, such as conditions of use, select the type of heat-resistant belt.
Thick plastic cover is to ensure that scallops have a longer service life of an important condition. Proposal to build heat-resistant plastic belt thickness on plastic 6-9mm, under the plastic 2-4mm.
2, heat-resistant conveyor belt use of the main points:
