Magnesium Oxide food grade is White amorphous powder, odorless, smell-less and nontoxic. Magnesium Oxide food grade is soluble in acid and ammonium salt solution, difficult to dissolve in water, and insoluble in alcohol. And Magnesium Oxide food grade can be changed into crystal by high-temperature burning above 1000 degree, and into dead-burned magnesium oxide or sintered magnesium oxide above 1500 degree. When meeting with carbon dioxide in the air, it shall produce basic magnesium carbonate.
Use: Magnesium Oxide food grade is used as food additive, color stabilizing agent and pH regulating agent or supplement of magnesium element in food, and also can be accelerating agent.
