The single shaft shredder is mainly used in all kinds of hollow or solid plastic material. It is suitable to PE, PP, PET, ABS, PVC and engineering plastics.

 

It is new designed especially for crushing various big solid material, unmanageable material, plastic container and barrel, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber and paper which the normal crusher can not handle. The shredders have the advantages of stable running lower noise and big torque. PLC control system and positive and negative rotation as well as the emergency stop can ensure the machine working safely and stably.

 

Each rotary knife has 4 cutting edges, you can continue to use it after 90° rotation when it wear. Each stator knife has 2 cutting edges, you can continue to use it after 180° rotation when it wear.

 

The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.
