1.Printing roller

A. Printing roller surface is grinded with high-quality steel with chromium-plated treatment. There are centre reference reticle axially and Adhesive reference reticle.

B.  Stable operation with dynamic balance adjustment suitable for high-speed running.

C.  Ratchet fixing reel shaft equipped with hanging hook is suitable for high-speed plate change.

D.  High-precision planetary gear mechanism is used for phase adjustment. 360°front and back adjustment is available at static state, and digital display is equipped additionally.

E.  Equipped with foot switch which is convenient for plate change.

F.   Axial adjusting structure of printing roller with maximum moving amount of ±10MM.

2. Impression roller

A.    Processed dedicatedly with seamless tube, adjusting with dynamic balance, assuring stable running and surface is grinded with chromium-plated treatment.

B.    Impression clearance adopts turbine styled fine adjusting device with wench adjusting, scale panel displaying, assuring convenient adjustment and self-locking.

C.    International advanced interior and external gears are adopted as transmission gear which is convenient for clearance between paper plates without change of gear clearance. 

3.Metal anilox roller

A.   Mesh amount of 200-180 wires/inch is adopted, other options are available.

B.   Automatic lifting and rotating devices for air-pressure anilox roller; anilox roller goes down to contact with print plate during paper feeding and anilox roller goes up to separate with print plate for print plate protection; and it rotate automatically preventing ink from drying.

C.   Processed dedicatedly with seamless tube, adjusting with dynamic balance, surface is grinded with chromium-plated treatment. Hex rhombic anilox is available upon requests.

D.   190MM.

4. Rubber roller

A. Processed dedicatedly with seamless tube, adjusting with dynamic balance.

B. High-quality anti-wear rubber is wrapped on the surface of steel tube, assuring long service life. 

C. Over-running coupler is adopted for automatic rotating device, preventing ink from drying.

D   The surface is grinded with medium and high degree, and it is suitable for high-precision and large area printing.

E. Turbine styled fine adjusting device, assuring even ink feeding.

F. The diameter of rubber is 175 and the interior height is 1.2MM.

5.Ink feeding system

A. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, easy to use, convenient for maintenance and stable ink feeding.

B. Automatic circulated cleaning, and automatic ink feeding. PVC plastic ink fountain resistant to ink.

C. Screen is adopted for foreign matter filtration, assuring printing quality.
