Nano titanium dioxide (VK-T25F) can improve the comprehensive weaving performance of yarn by combining with starch and can reduce using quantity of PVA, can shortened cooking time, can lower pulp costs, can solve the problem of environmental pollution and hard to desizing of PVA slurry when it is added into textile slurry. Using Nano titanium dioxide (VK-T25F) instead of PVA in the yarn can play a role of posting along hairiness, filling the gap, reducing the warp breakage and lubrication.

Product application:
The procedures of nano-titanium dioxide (VK-T25F) used in textile sizing:
1, Mixing process should maintain the original viscosity.
2, The sizing machine parameters remain stable.
3, The using amount of titanium dioxide powder: 0.5-2% by weight of starch, then gain 20% dispersion solution (A).
4, Using the same amount of starch instead of PVA, other groups were unchanged in the Cotton sizing process
5, Adding the amount of water into the mixing barrel of slurry, then shake the liquid slurry (A) of titanium dioxide additives.
7, By adding a specified amount of starch, medium speed for ten minutes and then put into other raw materials.
8, Heating and boiling slurry, then turn off the heat and keep the state of slurry for 30 minutes or 20 minutes under high pressure.
Note: 32-count yarn        using liquid (A)/barrel    2kg
     40-count yarn        using liquid (A)/barrel   3kg
     60-count yarn        using liquid (A)/barrel   3.5kg
If there is polyacrylate slurry in the starch formula, you should add the nano additives when the temperature of slurry is 50℃.

Packaging: 20 kg / barrel
