Structure characteristics:

    1:Doorframe is made of SECC high-end steel at one-time finalization,the strength of steel  increases 200%, with rust resistance,corrosion resistance and good stability .

2: The plate is according to the European standard,It is carved and casted by copper and aluminum .Average thickness is more than 6mm, high strength, high explosion. The surface is processed by uv resistance (high temperature more than 200℃ ), ensuring the luster.

3: The Original Taiwan hinge, with six direction free adjustment, permanently ensure the axiality of door. When the weight of the door exceeds 200kg, it can still open and close freely.

4: Infilling(the back of door leaf is solid wood without infilling)adopts aluminum foil dedicated for the aircraft wing , and the special material can bear 800℃ high temperature and with super fire proof, moisture proof and shock resistance.

    5: two-layer elastic sealing strip (as same as that of the luxury car door) , with good sealability and comfortable feeling,as opening and closing the car door. 

    6: One mold is dedicated for one style, precise craft and delicate work ,pure handmade. The front and back style of door leaf can be selected and designed by the customer .
