Expect purpose
auxiliary diagnosis for Rubella Virus infection in earlier period by testing IgM antibody
to Rubella Virus (RV) in serum.

Test principle
Immunocapture technique is used in this kit. Monoclon antibody to human IgM is
coated on nitrocellulose filter (NC filter). Colloid gold conjugated with Rubella Virus
antigen is used as tracer. When tested serum sample is put on NC filter, IgM antibody
to Rubella Virus (RV) in the sample binds Rubella Virus antigen conjugated with
colloid gold and monoclon antibody to human IgM, and compound is formed on NC
filter which is showed up as a prunosus strap.

Test method
1. To open aluminium foil bag, take out of test card.
2. 100l serum sample is added into round hole, and then, the test card is put at room
temperature (15~30) for 25 minutes. The response result is observed and recorded.

Explanation of test result
1. Positive result: 2 prunosus straps are showed up in reading window at c and t place.
2. Negative result: 1 prunosus straps are showed up in reading window at c place.
3. Invalid: no prunosus straps are showed up in reading window at c place.
