Water Based UV Varnish
Oil based varnish:
High gloss, but contain highly toxic toluene, contain TP, TM, and other carcinogenic substances
Conventional Water based varnish:
Environmental, but the performance of glossiness, abrasion resistance, and water permeability are not satisfied.

Application: Paper Coating (Roller or Spot, Online or Offline, Gloss or Matt), UV light.

Especially suitable for the packaging industry which require high environmental protection and high performance of gloss, abrasion resistance, waterproof (such as food, medicine, tobacco, culture, education, etc. )
Working Condition: Paper Coating (Roller or Spot, Online or Offline), UV light.
Coating Amount: Usually 2~4g/m2. Can be adjusted according to customer requirements
Solid content: 60% ~100%
Curing Speed: Energy density: 8mj/cm2 (Levelling channel is not less than 2 meters)
Viscosity: (DIN4 Cup, 25 centigrade): 30~45 seconds
Environmental Protection: By the SGS testing and animal toxicity testing. Can almost reach the edible level
Odor: Crude oil can only smell a bit of alcohol, but the coated paper completely odor-free.
Glossiness: Up to 98, most of the region can almost reach 90
Abrasion Resistance: Four pounds pressure conditions, 500 times
Toughness- fold test: The coating will not crack or peel off at the folding place
Adhesion - the tape test: With adhesive tape on paper, the coating will not peel from the paper.
Water Permeability: Impermeable, meet water resistance standards test.
Levelling Property: Can reach the laminating effect
Packing & Storage: 20KGS/Barrel, avoid over exposure and shine.
