This solar heat collector is made up with many solar collectors. This non-pressure solar collector includes three parts: Solar collector manifold, solar collector manifold and vacuum tubes. The material is as follows:
1). Inner solar collector manifold: Stainless steel 304-2B, 0.41mm thickness
2). Outer solar collector manifold: Stainless steel, or drawing steel. 0.36mm thickness
3). Solar collector frame: Galvanized steel with 1.5mm thickness, or stainless steel 201 with 1.2mm thickness,
4). Vacuum tube: Single target vacuum tube, with coating: AL-N-AL; Or three target vacuum tube, with coating: ALN/ALN-SS/CU

This non-pressure solar collector is suitable to low latitude region or countries, such as Asian like Asian, Africa, Oceania, South America and so on.


We have single side of this solar collector from 12tubes to 30 tubes, and two sides of this solar collector from 40 tubes to 60 tubes.

For installation this kinds of solar collector, firstly it need to confirm how much square meter installation area for it. One set of this solar collector 58mmX1800mmX50tubes, it will space about 8 square meters for the installation area. And one set of this solar collector 58mmX1800mmX50tubes, it can heat about 500L hot water.
