Cam Type Winder/ Winding Machine, with 2.2-3kw main motor only, is our energy-economy invention. Coil winding machine adopts cardioid cam to replace the former reciprocation shaft mechanism of combination winding machine. Its guiding axle adops GCr15 bearing steel and the guding pushing-board is moved by the match between linear rolling bearing and guiding axle,which makes the reciprocating movement to adopt rolling friction. This improvement is featured with less abrasion, stable movement and flat tape –spindle. Its overall length is greatly shortened by 5 winding layers on both sides.In short,this equipment, matches perfectly with tape drawing machine.
