Vacuum deairing with fine steel, annealing delivery, it is easy for cutting processing quenching ,high hardness, good abrasion resistance ,dimension stability and minimal distortion.

Applications:

It is suitable for cutting tools, feeding, stamping mould, thread tools and plastic mould.

Chemical Composition (%):

C : 0.85～0.95  Si: ≤0.40  Mn: 0.90～1.20  S : ≤0.030  P : ≤0.030 Cr: 0.50～0.80  Ni: ≤0.25  Cu: ≤0.30 W : 0.70～1.2

 Heat Treatment Standard:

 Quenching, 800 ~ 830 centigrade cold oil.

Delivery condition:

Hot rolling or forging, black or mirror surface.
