- Strengthened cone bending package:there is a cone small-mouth slowing device set on the top and bottom working roller`s bearing block.the electrical system can control the working roller`s inclination and maintain the top roller`s balance.this machine can meets the requirement of small diameter,large cone angle bending.
- Rolls are of rorged high tensile carbon steel,heat treated and submitted to non destructive structure controls,the surface is induction hardened after machiningHRC60.
- Rolls are powered by hydromotor and planetary gearbox

Down displacement control: controlled by computer, auto leveling, screen display, synchronization precision 0.2mm.

CNC Numerical Control: Users can edit the state through the input process parameters, or call the existing process parameters and settings can be modified according to the actual. This machine can realize the automation of the process coil.
- Clean human-machine interface:working pressure of hydraulic and each cylinder,motor working state,displacement of sensor will be displayed on the screen in form of instrumentation control.the power failure of each valve,prampting of each soft and hard limitation,overload alarm ,oil temperature alarming ,prompting of cooling also will be displayed on the screen.
