DIN 1.2316/3Cr17NiMo die steel /mould steel plate
Performance Characteristics:
1) Pure and precision mirror polishing;
2) Strong corrosion resistance and its pitting corrosion go beyond S-136 and 1.2316;
3)Convenient heat treatment and quenched and tempered steel after pre-handed, its dimension become more stable;
5) Its resistance is as good as S-136 and 1.2316, and easy to repair welding.
Applications:
Especially suitable for making of plastics mould focused on superior anticorrosion and polishing property, and widely used for high-grade transparent cosmetics and package containers and food containers. It is also used for moulds that require anti-corrosion and mirror polishing, especially suit for the use of PVC materials.
