We produce birch UV plywood, red oak plywood/MDF, veneer faced (Sapele/Chinese Ash/Teak) plywood/MDF, white/black polyester MDF/plywood, film faced plywood, melamine faced plywood, slotted plywood. Our products are mainly exported to North America, Mid East, Africa, Southeast Asia etc.

Glue : E1, E2, WBP and Melamine

Application : To make the door and countertop for Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe,

Bathroom Cabinet and other furnitures. Decorative Panel for interior and outdoor wall.

Packing : Inner packing : Inside pallet is wrapped with a 0.20 mm plastic bag.

Outer packing : Pallets are covered with plywood and then PVC / steel tapes for strength.

Delivery Detail : within three weeks after receipt buyer's down payment or L/C.

Payment : T/T (30% in advance and 70% balance after B/L copy) or L/C at sight

Features : 

1. Tinted UV can be done on birch or poplar plywood.

2. Moisture-proof available as well as low formaldehyde emission.

3. In our products there is no void or core lap. Our product is free of warping.

4. Our product can be put in boiling water for 12 hours without delamination.

5. The moisture content is <12%

6. The thickness tolerance can be from +/-0.2-0.5mm

7. Special sizes are available
