Physical & Chemical Properties: The Inhale iodine value is 90g/kg, DBP absorption value is 120cm3/100g. Compared with carbon black N330, the structure is higher, the particles is smaller. The rubber wear resistance and anti - crack growth properties are better than the old technology, the high structure and high abrasion furnace black ( N347 )
Application: It is used for passenger tires, truck tires, tread rubber, conveyor belt cover rubber hose, and the requirements of high wear resistance of industrial rubber products.
Function: The reinforcing properties of this product in the tread rubber compound, abrasion resistance and resistance to crack growth performance are close to N220 carbon black. Pressing out the performance is also better than it, especially for styrene butadiene rubber/ Cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber system.
