Physical & Chemical Properties: N220 carbon black is a widely used high reinforced furnace black, with a high structure, abrasion and tears resistance. The wear resistance is between the super abrasion furnace black and a high abrasion furnace dark.
Applications: Reinforced furnace black is particularly used in tread stock, such as truck tires, passenger tires, etc. Also used in rubber products that require high strength, high abrasion rubber products, such as high strength conveyor belts, industrial rubber goods.
Functions: Carbon black N220 is applicable to all kinds of rubber. Compared with carbon black N330, the wear resistance is in 10% to 20% higher. It can give high tensile strength and tear strength of rubber and have a certain electrical conductivity, high heat and hardness.
