It will badly pollute sterilizer and shorten the usage life if the some residue and oil stains adhering to the surface of tins, furthermore it will not be sterilized at high quality and reach standard hygiene requirement. Our this machine can clear them effectively, efficiently and powerfully. Through the stainless steel chain transmission device which butted to this machine, transmit the packed cans to the lye spray area to be washed by high-pressure lye. First, the lye sprays in eight directions powerfully after being heated by the heated device. After that, the lye is recycled to a storage tank through a water catcher and recycling pipe, then to be reused after filtered; after washed by the lye, the tins/cans get into the clear water spray area. The clear water sprays in eight directions powerfully after being heated by the heated device in order to wash the tins/cans with high-pressure.
