The machine makes soda and mineral water bottle caps from granular plastic raw material which is fed via the hopper, fluidized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each die cavity and finally mold pressed. Bottle caps made through this technique features superior internal face quality and beautiful appearance, and are free from injection point and flow waste.
  This machine, characterized by easy operation and economy in electricity, water, raw material and labor power, increases its output by three times compared with other plastic injection molding machines with the same power consumption. Automatic temperature control devices and a speed matching system of the extruder and the molding machine are installed to optimize the temperature of molds and materials, which makes the machine durable and stable. Its successful development is a major breakthrough in the bottle cap manufacture industry. What’s more, it has been patented nationally (Patent No.) and is one of the first generation of new independently-developed products.
