This Peanut Machine range of peeling machine for wet peanut kernels are developed and
designed for manufacturing products of fried peanut kernels, pickled peanut kernels
and pickled products. Stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti is adopted for all parts in contact
with materials (custom tailoring is available based on customer’s requirements).
The peeling rubber-ring is made of quality rubber through vulcanization, with abrasive wearing of 0.1-0.4mm/10km and service life more than three times longer than that of an ordinary
rubber-ring. Soaking in cold and hot water respectively before peeling off. Peanut kernels
will remain complete without falling into pieces while their protein will stay un-metamorphosed. This avoids the brown stains of peanut kernels during frying,
and maintain the unique aromatic and mellow smell of peanut food during frying,
with its main technical parameters as follows: peeling rate: 98%±2, fragmentation rate: less than 3%, and complete-kernel rate: 85%±5.
