this kind machine is mainly used for different types of processing of copper or aluminium busbar.one machine can carry out processing of punching,shearing and bending at the same time or respectively.it is easy to operate,convenient to use and high production efficiency.so it us an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacture of high and low voltage.
Main characteristics:
1.this machine has 3 units for punching,shearing and bending,through changing tools,this machine can achieve many embossing,pressing,pressing cable joint,twisting and so on.
2.The machine is equipped with two kinds of operating mode-manual button and foot switch,easy to use and flexible.
3.We adopt vertical machining method for punching and shearing unit, so operation is
flexible and convenient. We use flatedge shearing method, so the work piece surface is
neater and smoother
4. Adopting horizontal bending type to achieve flat bending and vertical bending by
changing tools.
5.You can adjust working stroke of each unit conveniently to reduce machining auxiliary time
and improve production efficiency.
6.There are 4 trundles. So the machine can be moved conveniently by adjusting them.
7. It is convenient for using and higher production efficiency than traditional busbar
processing equipments.
