SBD1103-YQL50 Maintenance-free, Energy-saving & Explosion-proof Lamp

1. The type of the protection of the luminaire is the compound type or dust explosion-proof type and thus it can be used for the lighting in the place with the risk of gas or dust explosion.

2. The luminaire consists of light source cavity, electrical appliance cavity and connection cavity and adopts the sealed type design.

3. The enclosure is made of die-casted aluminum alloy. The electrical appliance cavity inside contains ballast, connection terminal, etc.; the connection cavity inside contains user connection terminal and the light source cavity inside contains mirror reflector. The exterior surface of the luminaire is painted with polyester power.

4.The polycarbonate prism diaphanous cover with high impact resistance and high light transmittance. The electrical appliance cavity adopts the side cover structure.

5.The luminaire is characterized by good corrosion resistance, high luminous efficacy, wide range of irradiation, soft rays and good endurance.

6. With rubber gasket, the luminaire has reliable sealing and good protection resistance.

7. The luminaire has novel design and nice and graceful shape and is easy to install and maintain and thus is applicable for low-shed lighting.

8. The shape of the luminaire includes Type A and Type D. The former is applicable for pendant mounting, ceiling mounting and bracket mounting while the latter is applicable for handrails stanchion mounting, flange stanchion mounting (see the schematic diagram for mounting). Except stanchion mounting, on delivery, Type A is installed with lead wire for the convenience of the user to mount and also able to prevent the improper mounting of the user from affecting the explosion-proof and protection performance of the luminaire.

9. The luminaire may also be configured with explosion-proof emergency power supply unit so that it can immediately switch to the emergency lighting state automatically when the power supply network has failures suddenly and the normal lighting stops. The emergency time may choose 60min or 90min.

10.This luminaire is applicable for the inductance lamp light source, which is characterized by extra-long lifespan, high luminous efficacy, soft rays, good shock resistance, etc. and can be used for long without maintenance. The luminaire, if undergoing shock resistance treatment, may be used in the environment with strong shock (Should any shock resistance requirements, the user shall state such requirements when ordering.).

1. The induction lamp has no electrodes and filaments and has extra-long lifespan and is maintenance-free for long use. Its life is 100 times as much as that of the incandescent lamp and 6~10 times as much as that of the metal halide lamp.

2. High-efficiency and energy-saving, effective luminous efficiency about 139Plm/w, power factor up to 0.99, saving above 80% more power than the incandescent lamp.

3. Good stability; with the voltage fluctuating within 160~265V, able to normally start and work stably.

4. Green and environment-protected; national EMC test passed, no electromagnetic pollution, no strobe and no eye fatigue.

5. Instant start; no time delay between start and restart; able to ignite instantaneously.

6. Good light source color rendering with color rendering index≥80. 

III. Applicable Scope

It is applicable for the lighting in IIA, IIB,IIC environment with explosive gas or steam, Zone 1 and Zone 2 indoor and outdoor hazardous places with temperature class ranging T1~T4 or Zone 20, Zone 21 and Zone 22 indoor and outdoor places with explosive or flammable dust.

1. GB3836.1 and GB3836.2, Electric Equipment Used in the Environment with Explosive Gas (equivalent to IEC60079 and EN series standards) and GB12476.1 Electric Equipment Used in the Environment with Flammable Dust are executed.
