It is the ideal equipment and instrument for modern fine fine chemistry, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials.
Ⅱ. Functions:
Jacketed glass reactor is designed with double glass. The inner layer can be placed solvent to do the stirring reaction, and can be added with the different hot and cold sources (frozen liquid, hot water or hot oil) to do loop heating or cooling reaction. Under the conditions of constant temperature setting, the mixing reaction can be carried inside the sealed glass reactor according to requirements under the conditions of normal pressure or negative pressure, and the reaction solution can also be done the reflux and distillation.
The double-layer glass reactor realizes “one reactor severs several purposes” in the experiment, satisfying diversifies of aspects of different tests. It can be used for the following reactions:
1. Vacuum stirring reaction
2. High-temperature and low-temperature reaction
3. Constant speed running mixing reaction
4. Distillation, reflux and condensation reaction

Easy to remove and clean: with flanges for feeding mouths and PTFE valve, no dead Angle in container, removable facilitates solid material discharging; Four mouth reaction kettle cover, extra-large mouth is designed for cleaning, standard mouth socket can choose backflow assembly, distillation synthesis device.
4. Excellent Performance: The glass is made of GG17 high quality silicon material, owns good chemical-physical attribute; Domestic exclusive use of design patent (patent number: ZL200920058706.8), excellent performance without leakage.
