Summary:
Used for testing the refractory of the cable or optical cable to get and judge their refractability when in the flame conditions.

Standard: GB/T19216(11-31)-2003, “in the flame conditions, the integrity test for the cable or optical cable line” and GB/T19216-12-2008 standard of “in the flame conditions, the integrity test for the cable or optical cable line, part 12, testing device, The flame temperature won’t be below 830 ℃ for the heat, and put some impact on”. Also applied to the IEC60331—1999; 2002 standard.

5. Features:
    5.1 The interface adopts kunlun touch screen, whose type is TP1C1062KS,
main adwantages: It can directly show the experiment process by images. During the experiment, it will imform you with words whenever there’s some information coming up, and the information alarm will be reflected to the screen directly, which is convenient for operators’ work.
    5.2 The controlling system uses the modules of PLC and CX3-E8AD: Use the analogue collection system, which can collect timely information to get kinds of standards through calculation, which is useful for reading and consulting. You can also collect some related parameters. In this way, you can avoid components of high voltage directly collectting after calculation, which will be useful to protect the components, and make the system more stable. The most important thing is that we can protect the operators much better.
6 Composition of the device: refractory characteristics burning experiment device is made of two large systems
A: Combustion system:
    6.1 One 500 mm belt-shaped blowtorch (including the venturi mixer), the blowtorch can support the car.
    6.2 The heat source is belt-shaped propane burner blowtorch, the length of the nozzle is 500mm, equipped with Venturi mixer.
    6.3 Three rows of the burning hole are interlaced, aperture: 1.32mm, hole’s center distance: 3.2mm
    6.4 2 Ф 1.5 mm thermocouples used for correcting the flame, and relevant portable thermodetector
    6.5 control and adjustment of the gas source : Adjust the air flow to 20-200 L/min, and propane gas flow to 2-20 L/min when air and  propane gas is compressed to 0.1 Mpa.
    6.6 control and adjustment of the Sample voltage and holding current, control of the burning time.
B: Device system :
    6.7 Install a clamped sample on one side of the sample holder, so the other side will be convenient for the heat to deliver along the longitudinal.
    6.8 There’re 2 beckets holding the cable sample, the length is about to be 300mm, others are some connecting parts.
    6.9 The inner diameter of the becket is 150mm, and the diameter of section is 10 ± 2mm.
    6.10 The blow-test ladder is made of steel frame, in order to adapt different kinds of cables. 2 vertical members in the middle of the ladder are Adjustable. The length is about to be 1200mm, and height to be 600mm. It weighs 18±1 kg. Ans if need ballast, it should be placed on the steel stents.
    6.11 there’s a mounting hole in less than 200mm to the end of every vertical member. Its accurate location and diameter are depended on specific support bushing and stents. The test ladder is fastened to the steel stents by 4 rubber liner joints. The hardness of the rubber liner is 50~60 XiaoShi A, installed in the horizontal steel components and stents of test ladder, can produce displacement under impact.
    6.12 The impact generator is made of one low-carbon steel round rod shaped 25±0.1 mm in diameter, 600±5 mm in length. It circles around a axis parallel to the test ladder automatically. It lies in the same horizontal plane 200±5 mm to the top of the test ladder.
7. Testchamber: Users must build up standarded 3*3*3m buring control room.
