TSJ series is a combination machine that has multiple devices, advanced technology with easy operation. We have hold the national invention patent(ZL99115021) and international patent Sort No. C10M175/00. This machine is composed of a host and multi-function system. It regenerates oil by adding additives through chemical mechanical-physical purification and neutralizing discoloring. The color and many other criteria of regenerated oil reach the grade of fresh oil.
Application:
It is largely used in mine, metallurgy, mechanical, chemical industry, die casting, traffic shipping engine group, and quenching etc. it has best effect especially when treating the carbon and gelling components in quenching oil, compressor oil as well as engine oil.
TSJ series can purify many kinds of oils though new technique.
TSJ series machine can separate the gasoline, diesel and kerosene from waste oil so that the kinematic viscosity and flash point of the regenerated oil can reach the national standards.
The machine use advanced automatic spray acid technology. The safety can be guaranteed and no odor in the purification process.
This machine can save energy. The power consumption is only one seventh of the total power.
Oil recovery rate is high. Oil in acid residue and clay can be recovered 100% by certain technical measures
Environment protection. After the acid sludge is treated into solids, they can be used as waterproof materials without any pollution release. Clay treatment can be done through technical measures and return to the soil.
Oils include used machinery oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, transformer oil, diesel oil, gasoline oil, quenching oil, refrigeration oil, vacuum pump oil, turbine oil etc.
