We produce Red Oak Falcata Blockboard, red oak plywood/MDF, black/brown/red film faced plywood, birch UV plywood, veneer faced (Sapele/Chinese Ash/Teak) plywood/MDF/blockboard, white/black polyester MDF/plywood, melamine faced plywood, slotted plywood.

 

Size : 1220X2440mm ( 4' x 8' as requested ), 1250X2500mm

Thickness : 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 21mm, as your requirement

Glue : MR, E1, E2, Melamine, WBP Phenolic

Core : hardwood, poplar, combi plywood, Falcata Blockboard

Face/Back : Sliced cut red oak, ash, sapele, teak, beech, or as requested.

          Okoume, bintangor, birch etc.

Thickness tolerance : +/- 0.2mm to +/- 0.4mm

Moisture content : To be 8%-12% at time of shipment.

Usage : Decoration, Furniture, Construction, Package.

Quantity : 8 pallets / 20' GP , 16 pallets / 40' GP, 18 pallets / 40' HQ

Payment term : T/T or L/C

Delivery time : 20 days upon the receipt of 30% tt deposit or l/c at sight

Package : Standard package / Export package

Inner Package: Inside pallets are wrapped with 0.20mm plastic bag

Outside Package: Pallets are covered with plywood and PVC/steel for strength

Certificate : ISO9001, ISO14001, CARB

Supply ability : 4000 cubic meter per month
