This product is a low molecular polymer with special molecular structure and complete residue-free .It is one of the main components of fracturing fluid.

2. Product Characteristic

1)Good solubility in 300-400 /min blender and completely dissolved in thirty minutes without “fish eye”. It can meet the request of customers.

2)Good  effect of viscosity-increasing, the apparent viscosity of 0.4% thickening agent solution is greater than 30mpa.s

3.) Crosslinking adapt to the base fluid which PH value is 4-7.

4)The colloids formed by system cross-linked can be complete broken by persulfate, and the liquid viscosity is less than 5mpa. after colloid-broken.

5) Because the base fluid has good tolerance to the mineralization, it can resist erosion of all kinds of bacteria and spoilage difficultly, so fungicides needless to join the system as a whole.

6) Generally, the salt resistance of the polymer is poor, but this special developed set of system can be adapt to the of KCL anti-swelling agent with 3%conentation.

3. Product application

This product can be regard as additive agent in fracturing fluid during the process of fracturing stimulation to increase products. It is suitable for different oil fields, petrochemical, refining and other industries.

The product is packaged in polyethylene kraft with plastic bag. 25kg per bag. It should stored in draughty, dry place which avoid moisture, drenching. Its shelf life is 2 years
