Used Widely in coal industry and mines etc.for conveying materials.Lay out transversely steel bars along the belt.Fill rubber compound into eachplace between bars.Then wrapped thesebars with skimmed fabric to form the reinforcement.On the top and bottom of the bars,covered with a layer of rubber compound.
Feature:The belt runs by means of the traction of steel cable.belt itself only supports material conveyed but not bears pulling strength.Belt stiffness is big and not elongates.Belt is of impact resistant and antiabrasion.So it is suitable for coveying materials under a long distance and with heavy load.
