The GF1200-D Doypack Seal Machine is used to insert and seal the suction nozzle in the doypack.

 

 

 With PLC controller, auto-transmitting tube and bag, accurate control, steady run, it can work 24hours/day.

 

Feature 

It is auto running with transmitting tube system, transmitting bag system, heat seal system and withdraw bag system. Each system can work automatically. The speed can make 60pieces /minute. The speed can adjust from 30pieces to 60pieces one minute.

 

Transmitting tube system designed automatically, efficient and accurate.

Transmitting bag system adopt double work station, double efficient. 

Transmitting bag size can adjust within length 210mm *width 120mm.

 

Heat sealing system adopt sub-step warming, cooling design. Sealing knife can change to fit different tube.

 

Withdraw bag system adopt guide rail design, it is not only withdraw bag by manual but connect with production line by guide rail to meet different requirement.

 

Disk structure, occupy small space.
