KLW5.5LM(A) is designed based on GB7957-2003,< General requirements for safety of cap lamp >. The lights have advantage of small, light, convenient to carry, long using life, high lighting, maintenance-free, safe and less wasting, charging fast, safe and less wasting, etc. As the main light source damage or lighting time outstrip the provision, use another LED auxiliary light source to provide the workers for faint light in well. This light have lithium battery inside, set a protecting circuit for over-charge, over-discharge, over-heat, extending the battery’s using life. The battery inside of the lamp, so the structure to dexterous, convenient to carry, improve work efficiency.
The gas alarm mining lamp put the gas alarm device into the lamp. When switch on the lamp, the gas detector will start working as well. If the gas density is out of limited, the lamp will give an alarm(lighting flicker) to let the user evacuate quickly; If the gas density down to normal, the alarm will vanish automatically.
2. Structure and Principle
The Model KLW5.5LM Gas Alarm Mining Lamp integrate the gas detection device with lamp into a whole, adopt advanced energy saving LED light source and gas detection device to constitute alarm detection device, set up into baby cavity. Basic circuit of KLW5.5LM(A) is made of light source, lamp holder, LED luminous diode, switch etc, the lamp holder has circuit switch, to control main light or auxiliary light to shine or put out. The lamp holder have charging device, adopt lamp holder charge ways, there are short circuit protection device in lithium batteries, can cut off the power automatic and protect safety once the short-circuited phenomenon happened. When switch on the lamp, the gas detector will start working as well. If the gas density is out of limited, the lamp will give an alarm(light flicker) to let the user evacuate quickly; If the gas density down to normal, the alarm will vanish automatically.
