 Brief introduction:
This product is bottle inside air blowing washing machine.
 It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food industry. It is suitable for clean the powder type dust inside bottle. The operation is easy, convenience and adjusting is simple.
 This product is usually used together with the filling, counting machine etc.
 The machine is composed with machine body, convey belt, pushing plate, compressed air filter, oxygen increaser, cam, chain wheel, blowing/sucking needle and needle bracket etc.
Working principle:
 The bottle transferred by the convey belt is topped by the pushing plate when it is under the blowing/sucking needle, and in the same time the blowing/sucking needle is pressed down into the bottle by  cam and cleans the inside of the bottle. When the needles stretched in the bottle reach setting length, the sealing gasket on the needle bracket pressed   the bottle plane to be compacted. Then the mechanical valve is opened and gets though the air in pipe, and blows the air to the bottle inside. The air is sucked off by the sucking needle.
 The blowing in air is the filtered compressed air, it forms the circulation flow inside the bottle, force flushing the internal surface of the container. Then the dust in the bottle is in suspended state; the vortex pump which always be running sucks out the dust from the bigger exhausting pipe. The cleaning procedure is finished.

 Main configuration:           
  The table-board, side board and the parts contacted with the bottle are all made of stainless steel 304/2B or PP which passed by USA FDA; the parts which contacted with the medicine is made of stainless steel 316L.
