Working Principle:

The ultrasonic vibration wave on the screen make the super fine powder accept a great ultrasound acceleration to inhibiting adhesion, friction, and wedge plugging nets factors, increase the screening efficiency and the clearing nets efficiency.

Ultrasonic Vibrating Screens are made up of ultrasonic power, transducers and resonance loop. Ultrasonic transducers change the high frequency current which supplied by the ultrasonic power into sinusoidal longitudinal oscillatory wave, which transfers to the resonance loop, and create resonance and then evenly transferred to the screen surface. Ultrasonic vibration is added to the low frequency rotating vibration of materials on the screen mesh, preventing mesh blocking and enhancing the screening’s productivity and quality.
