The machine is not only suitable for the surface polishing of various metals with square
and rectangular cross sections, but also for the polishing of metals with odd shaped cross
sections. The machine consists of four parts, namely a main machine, a feeding device,
a discharging device and a control system. The square pipe polishing machine can be
divided into common polishing machines (FPG type) and enlarged polishing machines
(DFPG type) according to the polishing range, and also can be divided into 24-head, 28-head and 32head polishing machines according to the number of polishing heads.
The surface roughness of the material polished by the machine can reach R0.8μm
and rectangular cross sections, but also for the polishing of metals with odd shaped cross
