1 The machine is whole steel welding.Main axles,bearings and board which covers mud were assembled together once.With good stablity,high concentricity of main axles,there is no need to build base for the machine.It will be convenient for people to move and install the machine.
2 The bearing box is separate from mud room to avoid mud dropping into bearings.And with high concentricity of main axles,the machine have better work life.
3 The borad cover mud adopt dual fail-safe to avoid the broken screw affecting normal operation.
4 Bearing and wheel gear work in lubricating oil.They are not easy to wear out.
5 The main axles adopt adcanced design and largely extend the machine life.
