1Insulation brick characteristic:
 Generally speaking, the volume density for insulation brick between 0.4-1.5 g/cm3, porosity is from 66% to 73%, compressive strength is 1.5-8.1 MPa and thermal conductivity rate is 0.291-0.582 W / (Mk) (350 ℃ ).
Insulation brick is used in high temperature insulation layer of furnace that has high refractoriness and good thermal shock resistance.
2Insulation Brick Application:
 Insulation Brick is used in high temperature insulation layer of furnace that has high refractoriness and good thermal shock resistance.It can reduce the radiation loss of the kiln, save energy and reduce the weight of the hot working equipment. The insulation brick is not suitable for using in the bearing structure of the kiln and also it is not suitable to contact slag, furnace charge, molten metal and other parts.
