3.Our overhead PE insulated cable have formed a system, such as single core, two-cores, three-cores and four cores. There are conductors of aluminum, copper or aluminum conductors steel-reinforced. We can manufature the overhead insulated cable not only in accordance with China’s standard GB12527-90 but also the other standards and special requirement by the customers.

 

4.Cable’s characteristics:

1)      Rated voltage U0/U:0.6/1V.

2)      Max. allowable long-period operating temperature to conductor: PVC or PE insulation should not exceed 70°C.XLPE insulation should not exceed 90°C.

3)      Installing temperature should not be below -20°C.

4)      Allowable bending radius to cable: When overall diameter (D) is less than 25mm, it should be not less than 4D. When overall diameter (D) is 25mm or more, it should be not less than 6D.

 

5.Technical requirments

1)      The insulation should be made of a weather-resistance black compound of PVC,PE or XLPE.

2)      The phase of two core or more cable should be distinguished by enduring printing ink.

3)      The mechanical and physical performance of aluminium-steel structure conductor should be meet the requirments in GB1179.
