Characteristics:

1.ATQ4-40 small type baking-free brick making machine can use such raw material as slag, sand, macadam, gangue, construction rubbish, fly ash, volcanic cinder, and so forth. These raw materials are abundant which can be found everywhere. Thus it can save the cost of starting a factory to a large degree.

2.The suspension and connection parts both use spring which can realize the synchronous vibration of indenter, mould box, mould core, and pallet. Thus it can ensure high intensity and uniformity of the brick products, and lead to steady movement, low noise, which achieves good effect on vibration suppression.

3.The wood carpet in the bottle of the brick machine can make synchronous vibration with the box core, which can avoid the impact force and extend the life time of carpet.
